Employment Opportunity at St. Adalbert

St Adalbert Parish in Rosholt has an immediate opening for an Office Administrator for its Parish and School.


This position reports directly to the Pastor and includes general secretarial and clerical duties and manages the Parishes internal and external communications.


Ideal candidate will have at least three years’ experience working in a fast-paced professional office environment, ability to multi-task and desire for continued learning. Experience using MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Publisher required, MS Excel experience desired.


Pay will be based on experience.


Minimum Qualifications:

U.S. Citizen or authorized alien.

High School or equivalent.

Certificate of Completion from Technical School or College Degree preferred.

Ability to pass a criminal background investigation and drug screen at time of employment and as requested.

Three years demonstrated successful office secretarial/administrative business management experience preferred.

Practicing and active member of a Roman Catholic church/faith community preferred (required for CCD).

Knowledge of and compatibility with the teachings and mission of the Catholic Church required.
