Administrative Assistant Job Posting
St Adalbert Parish in Rosholt has an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant for its Parish and School.
The Administrative Assistant assists the Pastor and School Principal with the secretarial/clerical support in accordance with Diocesan policies/guidelines. The position reports directly to the Pastor with secondary accountability to the School Principal.
Ideal candidate will have at least three years’ experience working in a fast-paced professional office environment, ability to multi-task and desire for continued learning. MS Office, general spreadsheet, and basic accounting knowledge helpful.
Pay will be based on candidate experience and skill set.
U.S. Citizen or authorized alien.
High School or equivalent required.
Certificate of Completion from Technical School or College Degree preferred.
Ability to pass a criminal background investigation and drug screen at time of employment and as requested.
Practicing and active member of a Roman Catholic church/faith community preferred.
Knowledge of and compatibility with the teachings and mission of the Catholic Church required.
